Garage Door Repair of Thousand Oaks

We worked with this garage door repair company to try to fix our garage door (broken bolt) and we hoped to have our opener fixed. It turned out we needed a new opener. It was a few months between his first visit and our opportunity to buy the new unit. We chatted on the phone, discussed the budget and features and two days later we finally have a working opener! Our job was small compared to others he does but his service was just as excellent! He's personable, reasonable, reliable and just plain nice. Use him! more

This company is the REAL DEAL!! Travis is the owner of the company and he does all the work, so you know what you are getting. He obviously knows everything there is to know about garage doors. He offered to fix my old openers and adjust the doors for a very reasonable cost, but I was interested in putting in new openers (mine were 20 years old). He started taking the old ones apart while I ran to Lowe's and picked up the model he recommended and now he's installing them (again at a very reasonable price). This guy is trustworthy and friendly and wants to help people out. I only regret that I didn't find out about him 10 years ago!! Whether you're installing new doors, new openers, or just adjusting the existing set-up Travis will be a breath of fresh air with his honest and straightforward approach to dealing with customers. He isn't even finished with my project and I was compelled to write this because I was so impressed with his work. more

i was on my way to pick up my children when my garage door would not open so i quickly tried called everyone. Finally i found this company and they had someone down the street he opened my door so i could go pick up my child then they came back to fix my door after i got back. they charged me less than 100 to replace a few parts and adjust my door. more

Mike was great. I completed the contact us section on his website and explained my problem with my garage door and he emailed me a suggestion as to how to fix it and it worked!! He could have just as easily charged me for a service call. When I really do need repairs in the future, he will be the first person I call. This kind of customer service is rare these days and folks like this deserve our business! more
