Terrible Experience! 8/11/2014

No Refunds - for any reason! While they were closed in the evening, I filled in their form, and then went directly to their link to the State Dept. and filled that form out. Got the message back from the govt. that I would need to appear in PERSON at a passport agency, because my original passport was issued as a minor. Since we were going to have to appear personally anyway, and could have the govt. Passport Agency just expedite it as well, I immediately requested a refund via phone message and email. At this point, it was within an hour of placing my online order, and they were still closed and had done nothing but charge my Visa $149. They refuse to issue a refund (except for the shipping fee), even though they have provided no service or spent any time, other than charging my bank card? How can they logically justify still charging me? They're using the usual scam of "our disclaimer says no refunds." That is the refuge of scoundrels. No legitimate company uses that line any more, so if you see it, beware! I will be declining the bankcharge, and have kept copies of all my correspondence. more
