Today, Melvin with this garage door company fixed my two old broken doors, they needed new springs. Melvin recommended a safety wire in case there was an accident with the springs and WOW, there was as a spring popped loose while he was working on the door. I was already going to get the safety wires, I was sold at that point. He also tweaked the sensors so that the automatic garage doors worked again. I don't think he charged me for that. Just an all around great guy, very personable. He had a gentleman with him who was also very nice. We did have a little bit of a challenge getting things scheduled but I would recommend being patient as I found it was worth the wait. I would use his services again and will definitely recommend him to others.
