Mmmmmm, what can I say about El Salto, besides that I love it. I have been a proud partron at El Salto for many years now. I eat there at least twice a week. I like everything on the menu, I have never had anything there that I didn't like. I have gotten to know the staff, when I come in they know what I want to drink and they know that I want their DELICIOUS guacamole. My friends and I rave about the chips. One day we were asking the manager about the chips...if they made them there, etc...and he took us back to the kitchen to see. I am a clean freak when it comes to restaurants and El Salto is always clean. Honestly, I believe that El Salto is the hub of Valparaiso, I se lots of people there taking meetings (I have taken a few meetings there myself), I have never met anyone who isn't addicted to El Salto, if you haven't been there...GO!
