El Salto Mexican Restaurant

Mmmmmm, what can I say about El Salto, besides that I love it. I have been a proud partron at El Salto for many years now. I eat there at least twice a week. I like everything on the menu, I have never had anything there that I didn't like. I have gotten to know the staff, when I come in they know what I want to drink and they know that I want their DELICIOUS guacamole. My friends and I rave about the chips. One day we were asking the manager about the chips...if they made them there, etc...and he took us back to the kitchen to see. I am a clean freak when it comes to restaurants and El Salto is always clean. Honestly, I believe that El Salto is the hub of Valparaiso, I se lots of people there taking meetings (I have taken a few meetings there myself), I have never met anyone who isn't addicted to El Salto, if you haven't been there...GO! more

When you are at El Salto for a meal you will feel like you are in Mexico! They offer a great salsa with your chips before your meal. The atmosphere is great and you feel very festive in the restaurant. The service is fast and the servers are very friendly. They offer a wide variety of Mexican food which includes tacos, fajitas, and burritos. more
