I called for advice and then visited Kline Volvo for help with a problem on my car after having hit a large pothole. My service advisor, Robert Dunaski ("Bo"), inspected the damage, ordered a replacement tire and had it delivered the same day. The next morning I returned for the service - inspection of the wheel (rim) and replacement of the tire. Fortunately, the wheel itself turned out to be without damage. Bo adjusted the price of the replacement tire (I had obtained local comparison bids) and completed the service in less than an hour. The car was returned to me clean (hand washed!) and ready. Once again I realized why I have been doing business for decades with this Volvo dealer 27 miles away from my home rather than with another one close by.
