I normally do not enjoy buying cars due to salespeople and or dealerships not always having the most ethical people and processes. It seems that no matter what they are usually out to win; and don't really care if you are happy in the end.
My experience with Jessica at Kline Volvo was just the opposite. She never pushed me, but always gave me enough information to allow me to make the right decision for myself. When I first met Jessica I couldn't even believe she was a sales person, and then I found out she was the sales manager! No wonder her entire team was so wonderful through out the purchase, she has really set a culture of respect for customers.
My Kline Volvo experience was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They didn't even push extended warranties, but again gave me the information I needed and did not try to pressure me into it. Can't say I have ever had that experience before. Then the final step included a detailed review that went over every function and feature of my new car. When I left Kline that day I knew how everything worked in my car, another first for me.
I would highly recommend Jessica, her Team and Kline to anyone looking for the most positive car purchase experience, not to mention the amazing car you will take home.
