We moved to Charleston with no place to live, expecting to be able to find a house to rent in the newspaper. Well, after 4 days and no luck, we contacted a local property management office. We have pets and kids, so our housing demands are pretty large! While Jeff did not have a house available for us, he said he'd keep his eye out for us. The next day he called with a lead. The owners had simply mentioned renting their house and thought MAYBE they'd allow pets. He talked to them and worked it all out perfectly for us. We were able to move in right away, as they allowed us to clean it ourselves. So great to get out of an apartment.
