These guys are so friendly, unlike so many other NYC repair teams I have tried in the past. They really make you feel important, and take time out to explain the repairs as they go along. John has been to my property twice in the last few months to fix my fridge and also my retro oven. He is always smiling and happy whatever the weather, and moreover he always gets the job done!
