I had never used these guys before, being new to the NYC area. I called them up about my pizza oven in my new restaurant which kept going hot and cold. Tom was on time, explained to me perfectly just what was happening to cause the oven to keep cutting out, and went about fixing it straight away. Less than an hour later my oven was fixed. 5 stars!
