If you have any degree of hearing loss and use hearing aids with T-coils, don't expect any of Sprints reps to have any ideas on how to help you. The reps are nice and friendly and totally ignorant about the needs of HOH people. They can tell you what a phone is rated for hearing aid compatibility, but that's about it. As for assistive listing devices, most of them have no idea what they are let alone what types are available. And you can not get any type of ALD through Sprint. BTW, if the store reps are in the dark, believe me, you won’t have any better luck on the phone calling customer service!
When it comes to being knowledgeable about the needs of the HOH community, I have to give Sprint a big fat F. They are a total failure :~(
