If you have any degree of hearing loss and use hearing aids with T-coils, don't expect any of Sprints reps to have any ideas on how to help you. The reps are nice and friendly and totally ignorant about the needs of HOH people. They can tell you what a phone is rated for hearing aid compatibility, but that's about it. As for assistive listing devices, most of them have no idea what they are let alone what types are available. And you can not get any type of ALD through Sprint. BTW, if the store reps are in the dark, believe me, you won’t have any better luck on the phone calling customer service! When it comes to being knowledgeable about the needs of the HOH community, I have to give Sprint a big fat F. They are a total failure :~( more

I went to Sprint PCS last year to get a new cell phone. I was able to browse without all the sales pitch and hassle. It was an easy experience. When it came time to ask staff some questions it was relaxing and easy as pie! I got a great deal on my cell phone and a plan that fits my budget to go along with it. I truly recommend them. more
