I am a proud owner of a 10 yr old toy Bichon named Ivory. Since I moved to Pelham Bay I've been taking Ivory to this clinic. Dr. Earle not Bates I have never dealt with her per say. It's always Dr. Earle who's very professional, compassionate & dedicated. As per the staff I have nothing negative to say. They always treated Ivory & I with respect and courtesy... always with a smile. *For the record* I am a the owner of a pet patient not a staff member. For what I read the issues there are coming directly from Dr. Bates not Dr. Earle it's not fair to throw both on the same boat.
