Rude Regina so called office manager. 11/25/2014

My dog had a reaction to an allergy shot, I came home to find he urinated everywhere. I called for advice. I was treated quite rudely by the office manager. She hung up on me. Then a much more informative woman named Nancy called me and acted like a professional. I don't need to deal with obnoxious office staff. There are other vets!!! more

There's 2 different Vet's at Middletown Animal Clinic Dr. Earle & Dr. Bates 2/15/2014

I am a proud owner of a 10 yr old toy Bichon named Ivory. Since I moved to Pelham Bay I've been taking Ivory to this clinic. Dr. Earle not Bates I have never dealt with her per say. It's always Dr. Earle who's very professional, compassionate & dedicated. As per the staff I have nothing negative to say. They always treated Ivory & I with respect and courtesy... always with a smile. *For the record* I am a the owner of a pet patient not a staff member. For what I read the issues there are coming directly from Dr. Bates not Dr. Earle it's not fair to throw both on the same boat. more
