Kennie did an outstanding job showing us the available automobiles for what we were looking for. Although we were looking for the Edge, in the 2010 range, Kennie was able to find a car that was comparable with a Mercury Mountaineer. The only problem we had was not his fault. There were autos offered that were not available. They were sold but, only by running back and forth could he get that information. That is frustrating to a customer and has to be to the sales person. Should be updated better. But over all experience was good.
