Did an excellent job helping me 2/5/2014

Elliot did a fantastic job in making the entire sales experience tolerable and beyond the stereotype of a high pressure salesman. He brought in the Manager at the right time. We are pleased with his service. Very good customer service keep up the good work! He was very helpful in getting me in the car I wanted. more

Appreciate taking care of my needs 2/3/2014

Kennie did an outstanding job showing us the available automobiles for what we were looking for. Although we were looking for the Edge, in the 2010 range, Kennie was able to find a car that was comparable with a Mercury Mountaineer. The only problem we had was not his fault. There were autos offered that were not available. They were sold but, only by running back and forth could he get that information. That is frustrating to a customer and has to be to the sales person. Should be updated better. But over all experience was good. more

Done an awesome job 1/29/2014

As always with our previous fords Mike has done everything possible to make sure we are satisfied and happy with our purchase. He search high and low for me a candy blue focus with a sunroof because that is what I truly wanted. Mike is very courteous and follows up to make sure we are satisfied not like some dealers I have been to. Get you to sign the dotted line and your out the door never hearing from them again. I appreciate him and Homer Skelton ford for there help in purchasing my vehicles. Thanks. more

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and we will refer all our family and friends to come and see Mr Clarence at Homer Skelton Ford when they need a new car. Quality Vehicles & Great Salespeople 11/1/2005

Homer Skelton is a great dealership where you can shop for your next vehicle online and have a salesperson call you to schedule an appointment to test drive the vehicle that you are interested in. In our case, Chris and I went on a Saturday. We were greeted in the lot by the manager. He then introduced us to Robbie Burrell. She is an awesome saleswoman and does not try to sugarcoat anything or hassle you into buying. She walked the lot with us and let us decide what we were interested in. Today the vehicle is in our driveway, and we could not be happier. We have an A quality vehicle at a super low price, and met a wonderful salesperson which we did not believe existed. more
