Dropped our laptop off on 1-13-2014. Was told on the phone it would take 3 hours to repair. After several ignored calls and messages, went by on 1-16-2014, 2 times, about 3 hours apart. Left a note in the door, knocked several minutes, and nothing. He said he did get the note after finally answering one of my daughter's calls and said he was 1/2 way through with the repair. Now it is 1-18-2014, and still not responding to phone calls or messages. It is a 25 mile trip for us to his house. The 'business' is in his house, with no address on the house, and no business sign. Definitely regretting this decision. Beth Christy
