Worst

Dropped our laptop off on 1-13-2014. Was told on the phone it would take 3 hours to repair. After several ignored calls and messages, went by on 1-16-2014, 2 times, about 3 hour...

Does not return calls or answer the door 1/18/2014

Dropped our laptop off on 1-13-2014. Was told on the phone it would take 3 hours to repair. After several ignored calls and messages, went by on 1-16-2014, 2 times, about 3 hours apart. Left a note in the door, knocked several minutes, and nothing. He said he did get the note after finally answering one of my daughter's calls and said he was 1/2 way through with the repair. Now it is 1-18-2014, and still not responding to phone calls or messages. It is a 25 mile trip for us to his house. The 'business' is in his house, with no address on the house, and no business sign. Definitely regretting this decision. Beth Christy more

Don't go there 11/6/2012

Steer clear of this place and go somewhere else. Glenn has lots of money making ideas but no common sense for reason. The reviews here are the exact same and both are wrong, he has no shop and Hanna is in Ohio. In Ohio doing a review for a place in Texas is absurd especially when you say you took your computer to his shop and he has none. Andy is fictitious and that is Glenn at his best copying a review and it backfiring....Go to a reliable source when checking out this company and don't believe the reviews you read. more

Best Experience 6/13/2012

The Technician promptly calmed my fears by detailing exactly what might have gone wrong and how the computer files are almost certainly protected. After taking to their shop the Tech found specifically what pc parts were essential to get the computer working. He addressed all my basic questions and reassured me and my spouse our documents were safe. This Computer repair service was in fact excellent. The minute the computer parts showed up My wife and I drove immediately back to the place and we cant express exactly how happy I felt as soon as Technician called me and my husband informing us the pc was up and running. more
