The staff at RGSE are dishonest and only care about making a sale. Once you buy something, their pleasant demeanor walks right out the door with you. Don't shop here because they don't give refunds whatsoever, and treat you like dirt. Their jewelry must not be worth a fraction of the selling price, because they offered to buy it back 3 days after purchase, still new in box, for less than 1/3 of what I paid them. They may as well be a pawn shop, since that's how they treat customers.
