I bought my wife's engagement ring here, and we went back to get our wedding rings and several gifts. The staff is very helpful and stands behind their merchandise. I bought a set of diamond earrings for my wife, and the next year I "upgraded" them with a credit for the full purchase price of the original pair. They also clean our jewelry for free! I had my Rolex serviced here as well for a reasonable price and quick turnaround. When I took my wife's engagement ring in to be appraised for insurance purposes, It was valued for a good deal more than I paid for it. I'm very happy with RG&SE and wouldn't buy my jewelry any where else! more

Very Knowledgeable Staff 8/28/2010

I was shopping for a new mounting for my grandmother's diamond passed down to me while hubby was shopping for a Rolex. Erica helped me pick a great, more updated look for me to be able to show off my grandmother's diamond without too much flash and Shelley had great knowlege to match wits with my husband asking tons of technical questions without skipping a beat. Even though he isn't buying til Christmas, she was answering every question and even wrote down information for future reference. I highly recommend this store as your first stop while looking for an item because it will be the last where you actually buy. more

DISHONEST, DECEITFUL!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!! 12/28/2006

The staff at RGSE are dishonest and only care about making a sale. Once you buy something, their pleasant demeanor walks right out the door with you. Don't shop here because they don't give refunds whatsoever, and treat you like dirt. Their jewelry must not be worth a fraction of the selling price, because they offered to buy it back 3 days after purchase, still new in box, for less than 1/3 of what I paid them. They may as well be a pawn shop, since that's how they treat customers. more
