The UPG office in Paducah located at Cairo Road has a long reputation of being unco-operative and rude to its customers.
As a result of their irresponsible behavior and lack of concern for my safety I am ending my business relationship with them.
Ken Walker has issued a termination of services here in the middle of winter, because I complained about a tank which belongs to UPG and the fact that it has been leaking for two years.
I am concerned they took my safety and my monetary loss so lightly.
Numerous phone calls were placed regarding the tank and phone calls were never returned. One of their drivers caused the tank to leak by adding an additional gage to the tank and breaking off a bolt. I was not informed of the problem.
Upon seeking a replacement tank and asking for compensation for the loss of gas Mr. Walker said he was cutting me off and picking up the tanks.
I have extensive property damage because of the tank incident.
I am seeking alternate heating here in the middle of winter because of Mr. Walker and the staff at UPG in the Paducah office.
Others whom I know have ended their business transactions with UPG because of the same things happening to them.
