I hate talking to answer phones or booking appointments online; I prefer to speak to someone in person. So, when my cooker broke I phoned Metro Appliance Repair to come and take a look. The lady I spoke to was really friendly and asked me when would be a good time to come! Now that’s what I call a friendly service! John was able to come the same evening when I was home from work and he even fixed my cooker on the spot. more
