I need parts for my sliding screen door that goes from my kitchen to my deck. I called Moyes to find out if they carried what I needed. I was told I could come down with measurements and then they could order what I needed and I could also show them on the display floor what it was. My schedule is limited and there hours are not convenient for me so it took me about a week to find time to get in. I went to the store yesterday and when I told them sales man what I needed he was very rude and unfriendly. He told me don't have it, can't get it. I told him that I had called prior. He reiterated, Don't have it, Cant get it. Then later he said he might be able to order. At that point I had decided I had, had enough and I took my business elsewhere. I don't understand how these guys figure they can sell anything with the poor customer service they portray. I would recommend these guys as a last resort. Also get used the phrase, "Don't have it, Cant get it." more
