I tried a multitude of different appliance repair companies in New York City. Some seemed friendly enough, but actually getting a time for them to come and repair my cooker was nigh on impossible. Every single one wanted to give me a whole day that they ‘may’ turn up. Honestly, I cannot deal with this. I am a very busy person (as most of us are!). I was pretty much giving up on my repair until somebody recommended this company. I gave them a call and they gave me a specific hour timeframe that they would turn up. This is something which nobody else had done. And guess what? They actually turned up dead on time ready to work! If you are too busy for any other appliance company then you need to work with these guys!
