I have had an overall bad experience dealing with Charleston Disposal. We pay our bill every month but may get our can dumped every other month. This is not the agreement that was stated to me when we signed up for their services. It was to be dumped twice a month. It is now November 26, 2006 and as of today our trash can has not been dumped in 46 days. Yet we still receive a bill. I have made numerous phone calls and all I can receive is broken promises that they will be out today or tomorrow, but as usual that day never arrives. I am fed up with having to call and request or some would say demand services that I am paying for.
