Nightmare to deal with! 1/28/2007

It has now been 30 days since the first day I called to get a container switched out b/c mine was full and I still dont have it!! I have contractors who are in my house that cant do anymore work b/c the container is full and cant dump their debris!! Each time I call they act surprised it has not been switched out or they say I am on the list for that day...etc. You may even get the voicemail and leave a mesg and no one calls you back or either you cant leave a mesg b/c the voicemail is full and has not been checked. Talking around w/ other contractors I have found that this is a problem that the company is known for. I woud not recommend them to anybody! more

waiting to be dumped!!!! 12/2/2006

I have had an overall bad experience dealing with Charleston Disposal. We pay our bill every month but may get our can dumped every other month. This is not the agreement that was stated to me when we signed up for their services. It was to be dumped twice a month. It is now November 26, 2006 and as of today our trash can has not been dumped in 46 days. Yet we still receive a bill. I have made numerous phone calls and all I can receive is broken promises that they will be out today or tomorrow, but as usual that day never arrives. I am fed up with having to call and request or some would say demand services that I am paying for. more
