I needed a special part for my aging freezer. Airflow was able to get it within a week. This is much better than the estimates other shops gave me-if they could even find the part to order at all. Airflow was extremely knowledgeable about parts. They actually explained that it was very rare for them not to have a part since they keep so many stocked, and they worked hard to make my repair possible even though they could have just declined the job. I'm extremely grateful because if they had, I would've likely had to buy a new freezer.
After my part arrived, a technician was out the next day to do the repair. The repair itself really was just replacing a part and took only an hour. I was amazed at how quick and focused the repair guy was. He even told me there's a warranty on the repair and if I had any problems I could call them for a re-fix. This blew my mind because the warranties that come with new appliances don't even cover much nowadays. I will definitely be calling Airflow again if I need any other repairs.
