Had two other companies price my washer and drier fix. They were the third people we called . The tech called right before the appointment and said he was running late. He was late by about 5 minutes and when walking in the house apologized. The tech was very polite and explained everything that had to be done in a clear and concise manner. Gave us a price.
I hate to be pushed and when I said that I'm not ready to do this today, without trying to persuade me, he left his written estimate and his card on my counter, thanked my wife for calling them and started on the way out. Since he was not pushy, and we already had two estimates and liked his price, we decided to give him our business. I'll use them again.
