I called to have my washing machine simply looked at and for them to diagnose what was wrong. During the 3 minute appointment the technician came in, threw down his tools, rapidly pressed 20 buttons, exclaimed it was broke and ran out the door throwing a tantrum that would rival my 2 yr old child's. Did I mention he spent a total of 3 minutes "checking" the machine out. The experience was awful.......PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Thankfully we found another appliance repair center that is kind, considerate and more than willing to help. more

The fridge I purchased was leaking heavily from the start. The tech came out and worked on it and was very polite. The next day the fridge leaked again. The next tech moved the fridge AND ripped a huge hole in the kitchen floor. I called the owner to discuss the floor and he was incredibly rude. He accused me of trying to rip off the company, costing them money and wasting their time. The owner then hung up on me and refused to take my calls from that point forward. I let it go because for the cost of the fridge it wasn't worth the hassle. Not even a year later and the fridge is broken beyond repair. I won't even bother calling to see if their warranty covers what it wrong. Worst custmer service I have ever experienced. more

Had two other companies price my washer and drier fix. They were the third people we called . The tech called right before the appointment and said he was running late. He was late by about 5 minutes and when walking in the house apologized. The tech was very polite and explained everything that had to be done in a clear and concise manner. Gave us a price. I hate to be pushed and when I said that I'm not ready to do this today, without trying to persuade me, he left his written estimate and his card on my counter, thanked my wife for calling them and started on the way out. Since he was not pushy, and we already had two estimates and liked his price, we decided to give him our business. I'll use them again. more

We recently needed help with an appliance issue. Ryan helped us and he was great. It was good to speak to someone who was knowledgeable of the appliance and the part that was no longer working. He explained what was needed, how long it would take and how much. We are very grateful that all is working normally now. more
