Yeah, I agree with Rodney's review. I had NUMEROUS experiences with unfriendly drivers. On two different occasions, i had two completely different drivers be extremely rude to me and complain about my NORMAL size suitcase which there was SO MUCH room for in the bottom. I was moving to NYC. They suggested I drive my car---i was floored that they said that to me. I do'nt have a car!! That is why I'm on the bus! And I PAID for my ticket, I'm a customer. One guys said "get a moving van". I can't pay for a moving van, that is why i am on the bus! They are complaining about handling my suitcase (and its ONE suitcase) just for those two seconds when they load it. What about me? I'm luggin that thing all over NYC on the subway and out on the streets. Geez.
One time when I lost my cell phone, I was told at NYC's port authority that I could go to where the buses were parked and knock on the doors to ask any bieber drivers if my phone was there. (and I knew I left my phone on a bus for SURE). I knocked on the door and the driver waved me off and wouldn't open the door to let me even explain that I called BIEBER themselves and they were the ones who told me to go knock on the doors! He wouldn't even give me the time of day---and losing a cell phone when you are working in NYC and you are a free lance artist with millions of phone #'s in your phone is not a good thing!
Not every driver was rude, I've had some nice ones. However, there were more bad experiences with rude jerks there than anything else. Do'nt put yourself through the gamble of if you will get a good or bad driver. Just find something else.
other than that, yes they are on time---sometimes they leave early though! that is annoying.
I wish there was something else. no one likes to deal with a driver with a bad attitude. (watch out for bus driver on bus # 538, a real jerk)
