The staff do not appreciate what our soldier's have done for us and for our country. My brother, who served in the Vietnam war, has been treated like he was a ignorant number every time he goes. The last time he just walked out....needing surgery.
I've always heard Attitude is everything...Well, Veteran's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama needs a large dose!
