My husband and I were contacted to paint the vetrens hospital here in B'Ham we worked up a price and was told after we completed the E.R area we would be paid not only did we pay out of our pocket for the paint we also hired 2 ppl. the E.R looks fabulous and it's going on three weeks we have yet to get paid and cannot get a response we have called 2 weeks straight . whats going on? we have kids and this money means weather they will eat or not. why can we not get our money? we worked and earned it. whats going on up there. you will not hear the last of me. scorned mother. more

Lack of Caring 11/15/2006

The staff do not appreciate what our soldier's have done for us and for our country. My brother, who served in the Vietnam war, has been treated like he was a ignorant number every time he goes. The last time he just walked out....needing surgery. I've always heard Attitude is everything...Well, Veteran's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama needs a large dose! more
