I hired Matthew Millsaps in 2006 and gave them a glowing 5 star review right here on Judy's book. I hired them again in 2008 and was not so lucky. I hired them to replace the flat roof over my porch. They did not show when they said they would, did not finish the job and I had to continually call them week after week to ask them to come back. Part of the fix for this roof involved removing and cutting and reattaching a gutter. It leaked onto a step and caused it to start to rot. I called them periodically over three months to come fix this problem and eventually they did show and did fix the gutter, but there was much aggrivation. I had to replace the rotten step myself. Recently, I have noticed that the roof that they put on in 2006 is now leaking too - into my master bedroom. I called them to come out to look at it and they just give excuses and are difficult and rude to work with. I am surprised and dismayed that they would treat a repeat customer this way - especially one who gave them such glowing reviews and was recommending them to everyone I met. After them ignoring my request to come look at my roof leak for over a month, I finally called Owens Corning and got another company to come out and repair my roof and I called Matthew Millsaps roofing to tell them NOT to come out and get on my roof. Three days later, I caught them on my roof. They have much difficulty following directions. I would never ever recommend them again and am very disappointed.
