They did a great job getting me the car, however very poor service after the sale. This is my second car from this dealer group and the service after the sale got worse. I even contacted the owner and he did not care. The dealer certified a used CX-9 with bad tires that has dry rot. They blamed me, the tire maker, everyone but themselves. They then claimed it was my fault for not having the car alignment done. Beware, if you go there with an issue even if your car is under warranty, and they do not find anything, they will charge you $99.00. That does not seem right. more
