Service After the Sale 5/29/2013

They did a great job getting me the car, however very poor service after the sale. This is my second car from this dealer group and the service after the sale got worse. I even contacted the owner and he did not care. The dealer certified a used CX-9 with bad tires that has dry rot. They blamed me, the tire maker, everyone but themselves. They then claimed it was my fault for not having the car alignment done. Beware, if you go there with an issue even if your car is under warranty, and they do not find anything, they will charge you $99.00. That does not seem right. more

Mark was the sales rep (very good), and Jason is the best service advisor out there. Never a problem getting my car in for work or an oil change. more

Colors available are great 8/1/2011

What you get for the price versus other vehicles,the style,comfort, fit and finish of the vehicle. The colors available are great, that was the hardest part to decide on for me. The interior is simple yet looks terrific. I love the blue ambient light and when the car is off the teperature reading. Also, love the wingshield wiper speeds. Cant live without that! more

I had one car in mind which I test drove,they found the color I wanted and didn't try to push a lot of options on me that I didn't want. Ed was extremely helpful and I didn't feel like I was being over powered by his salesmanship. more
