Justin H called and scheduled the service for an earlier time which allowed me to do other things that day. He came at the time agreed too and was very helpful and courteous. He told me what he was doing and let me watch as he serviced the unit. He was quick and efficient and made me feel confident in his skills and my a/c for the summer of use. My service agreement and the service received have always been worth the money and first class.
