Before adding a phone, my monthly bill was under $100 (taxes, fees included) for decent service. Adding a phone almost doubled the bill. Lots of hidden fees and the Voip is marginal at best. After adding the phone the service degraded. I am about to find out how much it will cost to get out of this mess and will report the results of that in a follow up review.
