Before adding a phone, my monthly bill was under $100 (taxes, fees included) for decent service. Adding a phone almost doubled the bill. Lots of hidden fees and the Voip is margin...

Bait and switch beware 4/22/2013

Before adding a phone, my monthly bill was under $100 (taxes, fees included) for decent service. Adding a phone almost doubled the bill. Lots of hidden fees and the Voip is marginal at best. After adding the phone the service degraded. I am about to find out how much it will cost to get out of this mess and will report the results of that in a follow up review. more

Beware! 11/12/2008

The other reviewer was/is obviously associated with NCTV. Their triple package includes their slowest broadband speeds at 384-512kbps down and 128kbps up. Check their website out yourself. To get equal internet speeds of even Suddenlink, be prepared to dish out double what others are paying. Unstable service, several outages a day (both TV & internet and not counting weather). VoIP is not recommended for that reason alone. Horrible channel lineup. With no other option for internet, they freely tax us for it more

I love this cable company. It started with cable then I got cable internet and now they are suppose to be getting phone service in my area. Then I can combine all 3 in one package. Where else can you get phone, cable, and internet for less than $100.00 a month. The people are so nice. It is very nice to do business with a company like this. more
