Lancaster does not return phone calls. I called 4 times and physically went into the shop to asked for a quote. All 5 times, I spoke with the lady who works in the office and she repeatedly assured me that she would get back with me. They removed my mirrors for my bathroom project and I could never get them to rehang one of the mirrors and quote me for a new one. I also wanted to replace my glass shower. I wonder how many other customers they have lost because they have terrible customer service? I ended up using another glass business in Katy!!!
