Lancaster does not return phone calls. I called 4 times and physically went into the shop to asked for a quote. All 5 times, I spoke with the lady who works in the office and she repeatedly assured me that she would get back with me. They removed my mirrors for my bathroom project and I could never get them to rehang one of the mirrors and quote me for a new one. I also wanted to replace my glass shower. I wonder how many other customers they have lost because they have terrible customer service? I ended up using another glass business in Katy!!! more

First rate 3/18/2006

Lancaster has been around forever and that makes me feel good. We have gotten several custom pieces but by them as well as things on our cars fixed. Their turn around time is great and their prices are good but more importantly to me is their loyalty. For a company to be around for so long, says something about them. The parking is a little hairy and it is on a busy section of Mason Road. Be careful pulling in and out of the parking lot but go see them. You will enjoy their service and their smiles! more
