If your looking for a neat place for lunch then check out the Mellow Mushroom http://www.mellowmushroom.com in downtown Augusta, GA. It's a really funky place with weird art on the walls and an old gas pump near the front door, just a real casual atmosphere.
They serve great salads, calzones, pizza and hoagies. The salads come with their famous Esperanza Dressing, and I can't begin to tell you what's in it or describe the taste, but it is delicious. They have several different salads but most people will ask for that dressing. I have never seen it any place else.
As far as I can tell on their website they are located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alaska, N Carolina, S Carolina, Texas and Virginia. They are spread around so if you get a chance to try one do, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
