I just had an undesirable experience with this company. I called for lockout service. I had locked my key in car with engine running. I called and was quoted $35.00 for call, I repeated, $35.00 back to him, he said, yes, then I ask about a Senior Citizen discount, he said, "no". He ask, did I have insurance, I said, liability, only. But come on I'll pay the 35. It took him about 18 minutes to respond. He used a big rod to pry the door out and reach through to the electric window. This worked, but scratched my paint job to bare metal. Then he raised the price to $45.00.I informed him that I would report this to the BBC. Which I will be doing. This is just another instance of a business ripping off senior citizens in distress.
