I called in last night to arrange a service call for this morning between 8am and 11am. at exactly 8:01 I was called by their office to ask me if it was alright if there service person come in the next 30 minutes. He arrived within the next half hour, politely removed his boots before entering my home (it snowed today) and then he serviced my furnace. They were right on time, polite and charged a very competitive price. The service technician also let me know about a few issues to keep an eye out for and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
