Mike S. came out to disconnect the Power Vent and connect the heater to a new chimney. Mike did a wonderful job; he did the annual cleaning; checking the system and then went on to connect the system to the chimney. I couldn't have asked for better service. For the first time in years I don't wake up to the Power Vent turning on in the middle of the night. It was nice knowing that I was getting the job done right and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of since I knew nothing about what had to be done.
