We used Babyland Diaper Service for the first 4 months of our baby's life. It was nice until the end when we paid our final bill. We were overcharged by a 100 on our account. We tried to get it fixed through the company but instead had to go through our bank. The nice guy that used to deliver our diapers turned into a grinch and acted as though I was attacking him personally. All I wanted was my money. He was not only rude but loud to me on the phone. To sum it up its a good service I just suggest only paying with money orders or checks. Or you too could be overcharged on your account and met with attitude, like you did something wrong. I felt like he was not even trying to find out what happened. The information he had on what happened came from me. It gave me a headache and was very much unneeded stress. more
