My mom used this company over 20years ago with both my sisters. I used them for a full 20 months with my first son. Who potty trained in one month. They provide a great product and it makes a huge difference in the comfort of the baby. We love this company and will continue to use them as long as we use diapers. If you think your driver is grumpy, just put your diapers out on time and you wont have to even talk to them. The great product and timely service is out ways any grumpy driver issues, which I have never had!!! more

We received service as a gift with our first daughter and continued it for her first year. We liked it so much that we went back for our second and also went a year. We are currently expecting our 3rd, and plan on using the service for at least 6 weeks. The driver/pick up guy was generally friendly and cordial in person and on the phone, and I have recommended this service to several friends and relatives to give it a try - especially in those first 6 weeks. more

I want to thank Babyland staff for their great service and helping me (a new mom) keep my sanity. I have to say it really works! I read and heard that a baby will potty train quicker in cotten diapers. I just about tried everything to get my son out of diapers. Wow, our son is 6 months old, and we were using disposables the first 3 months and he had 2 diaper rashes. We called Babyland and decided to try cloth diapers and the rash cleared up within a week. I thought pins would be a problem, but the have these diaper covers and it is just as easy as using a disposable. The driver is always on time and comes to the door with a smile. I would recommend to all my friends. more

I used this service with my first child and LOVED it! We practiced "elimination communication" so by the time I stopped the service at 6 months, we rarely had a poopie diaper. It was great to have those first 6 months taken care of. We did get into a discussion about our final bill and it seemed to fluster the owner, but we worked it out without bad feelings. We used Babyland Diaper Service for the first 4 months of our baby's life. It was nice until the end when we paid our final bill. We were overcharged by a 100 on our account. We tried to get it fixed through the company but instead had to go through our bank. The nice guy that used to deliver our diapers turned into a grinch and acted as though I was attacking him personally. All I wanted was my money. He was not only rude but loud to me on the phone. To sum it up its a good service I just suggest only paying with money orders or checks. Or you too could be overcharged on your account and met with attitude, like you did something wrong. I felt like he was not even trying to find out what happened. The information he had on what happened came from me. It gave me a headache and was very much unneeded stress. more

I recently discovered this service. I like this service because they are fairly inexspensive to use. I don;t know how long they have been around but I like the helpfulness of the handymen who take my childs diapers and dispose of them properly. I think I will continue using this service until my daughter is out of diapers. more
