I moved here (Mission Viejo) in 2008 and have used Ramona on Santa Margarita Pkwy for tires and oil changes since the first month I was here. I always purchase the up-graded tire (rotation - balance) protection. I clock about 30k Mi annually so, I'm getting the oil changed and tires rotated frequently. I've always received excellent service except on my last visit (roughly 1 month ago). All was well the day I picked up the car but, the very next day the low tire pressure light came on. I took it back the next day and all four tires were 5-9 psi low. They corrected the tire pressure and all was well again but, I was a little disappointed that they had not checked it during the rotation and balance (hince the 4 stars: not 5). Other then that one incident I've had great service and you guys have great prices. All n all a very happy Ramona Tire Customer!
