Ramona Tire

I moved here (Mission Viejo) in 2008 and have used Ramona on Santa Margarita Pkwy for tires and oil changes since the first month I was here. I always purchase the up-graded tire (rotation - balance) protection. I clock about 30k Mi annually so, I'm getting the oil changed and tires rotated frequently. I've always received excellent service except on my last visit (roughly 1 month ago). All was well the day I picked up the car but, the very next day the low tire pressure light came on. I took it back the next day and all four tires were 5-9 psi low. They corrected the tire pressure and all was well again but, I was a little disappointed that they had not checked it during the rotation and balance (hince the 4 stars: not 5). Other then that one incident I've had great service and you guys have great prices. All n all a very happy Ramona Tire Customer! more

Ramona Tire knows how to solve problems and make me feel confident in my purchase or repair. When other tire or repair stores try to say no, Ramona says yes. Peace of mind is essencial for a non-car guy like me. When I talk to one on the technicians at Ramona Tire, I get just that. more

Nothing but positive experiences everytime I go. I have had 3 of my cars in for new tires and I always price check prior to going in and they always beat the best price I have. I also have had no problems with warranty issues. Always done, no questions asked. One time they did get some greese on my wifes upholstrey, which she was not very happy with, but they told us to take to any detail shop of our choice and they would pay to have it cleaned. That is customer service. They owned up to the mistake and they took care of it. I am a very satisfied customer. more
