All State Van Lines Relocation wishes to express regret in hearing of the delays experienced and the inconveniences caused. As the moving industry is one which is vulnerable and prone to last minute minute changes, our contracts are drafted with this in mind and outlined in the Terms & Conditions included in the documentation you received during your booking process. All dates requested are estimates and are picked up and delivered within reasonable dispatch and reasonable time. We make every effort in performing our customers' moves within the requested moving dates as contracted and try to accommodate our customers despite circumstances that occur beyond our control but unfortunately at times our efforts prove futile. As a result of the delay, our office extended an offer in compensation in the amount of $125.00. We apologize that this amount was not reimbursed within your preferred time frame. We also regret that this amount was unsatisfactory to you, however please be advised that usually delays are addressed at a predetermined amount as indicated by the shipping agreement and the amount that was offered exceeded the sum you would have received had it been addressed based on the predetermined amount.
