This company doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Not only is the owner Sam a terrible business man but he is very bad at returning phone calls and following through with what you reserve for the evening!
I called to book a "Party Bus" (which if you look at the website shows a normal party bus) 3 weeks before our event. He was supposed to fax a contract and never did so...I should have known then! Someone that also used him did the same and said that on the day of his event a "School Bus" showed up. So I called Sam all week to confirm that I was not getting a school bus and he never returned my calls. Finally, on the day of our event I got a hold of him! I said to him we are scheduled for a "Party Bus" not a "School Bus" and he assured me that we had the party bus.
As I was driving to our pick up spot the driver called me to say that the police had pulled him over and they were searching the bus. I then noticed the "School Bus" that was pulled over on the road! I called Sam to tell him not only did he send the WRONG bus but the School Bus he sent was being pulled over and the driver was 45 minutes late! We were suprising someone and had a strict pick up time! After waiting around for an hour, Sam called to say that the police were not letting him go because he had 2 broken items on the school bus and that he would refund my credit card. I had ten people waiting and an unsuspecting person to be surprised! I asked if he was going to send another bus and he said no he didn't have anymore. So we were stranded and Sam was making no effort to help. He made it seem like it wasn't his fault that the bus was unable to make it...shouldn't a company make sure that their cars are up to code before putting passengers in danger????
PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE YOU CALL THIS MAN...HE IS TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
